Take part in one of the most spectacular city half marathons in the world....

This year our half marathon takes place on Sunday 10 October – or 10.10.10 – once again starting and finishing in Hyde Park. The iconic route winds its way past some of London’s most historic features including Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Big Ben, Admiralty Arch and, of course, through Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James’s and Green Park, amongst avenues of beautiful autumnal trees.

The race complete, runners and spectators can enjoy the Brakes Food & Fitness Festival in Hyde Park with stage entertainment and a host of household names exhibiting their latest and tastiest foods. You can also "have a go" at lots of different sports and meet many of our charity partners involved in the race – you could even sign up to run for one of them in 2011!

Join Team Squirrel and give something back to the Parks

Over the past two years, an estimated £4.5million has been raised by Half Marathon runners for charities across the UK. Help us build on this incredible contribution in 2010 and enjoy some special benefits by joining Team Squirrel, our own team of charity runners raising vital funds for special projects in the Royal Parks.

Pulse3K

Pulse3K is our fantastic race for 11–16 year olds and takes place on the same day. This year, runners can enjoy a mass warm up at the stage area in Hyde Park and parents will be able to support their energetic children along the 3km route.

Entry fee is just £7 per person – visit the Pulse3K website to find out more.
